Thermal Solutions International, Inc., headquarted in Simi Valley, CA is the premier designer and manufacturer of custom heatsinks and thermal solutions. With over 10,000 square feet of manufacturing area, TSI is ready and able to meet any of our customer’s demands. TSI is owned and operated by Anand Mandlay. Anand has been in the heatsink industry for over 8 years and has excelled in heatsink design and various manufacturing techniques. He has brought that knowledge to TSI from his prior employers. |

Prior to founding TSI, Anand was the Plant Manager for Newbury Park, CA based Thermaflo Inc. While at Thermaflo, Anand was responsible for overseeing a staff of approximately 50 and accountable for the revenue and profit margins of the business. When he began employment with Thermaflo, revenue was a mere $1.1 million per year. After incorporating many new and innovative manufacturing and planning techniques, Anand grew the business 2X in one year’s time. |
| At the end of his career with Thermaflo in 2006, revenue was up approx 400% to $8.5 million with gross margins increased by double. Thermaflo has since relocated and been bought by a larger organization. |
Preceding Thermaflo, Anand was a representative for Wakefield Thermal Solutions through Richardson Electronics. This is where he was introduced to heatsinks and excelled in heatsink design and application. As an outside sales representative, Anand learned the value of true customer service and the importance of getting the job done quickly and correctly.

| Anand has a degree in Corporate Finance from the University of California at Riverside and is currently working on a degree in Engineering on Thermal Dynamics. He believes in ongoing education so that he can provide his clients with the most up to date and efficient thermal solutions. |
