Board Level to High Power Heatsinks

We carry a wide array of products that range from smaller board level, BGA, and DC/DC converter heatsinks up to larger high power heatsinks in excess of 12” wide. TSI manufactures both natural (Air Cooled)and forced (Fan Cooled) convection heatsinks from aluminum extrusion heatsink technology. At TSI we do not limit our capabilities to just heatsinks. We have a full service machine shop in house and are consistently machining products to serve various other industries such as… Microwave, defense, Sheet Metal Housings and Injection Molding (Dies). Equipment includes ten Kitamura Vertical CNC Machines, Wire EDM, Horizontal CNC Milling Machine, 60” Cutoff Saw, and two CNC Lathes. Machining is just the forefront of our operations.
